Signed MOU with Stanford University Robotics Center
In July 2026, we signed an MOU with the Stanford University Robotics Center for the 'joint development of next-generation silver care robots and entry into the U.S. market,' and we expect to deliver a global silver care service that combines AI Avadin software with humanoid hardware from the U.S. and Japan.
MOU with National Health Insurance
In June 2022, we signed an MOU with the National Health Insurance to promote the 'Exhibition Experience of Senior-Friendly Research Centers' and expect to enhance the quality of life for seniors and reduce social costs through AI-based silver care services.
Public Procurement Partnership
Through the 2026 “Public Procurement Partnership Day” with the Seoul Regional Procurement Service, we established a foundation to expand public adoption of AI care robots. With connections to demand organizations, we expect to expand market access and care services.
MOU with Air Liquide Healthcare
In June 2023, we signed an MOU with Air Liquide Healthcare (VitalAire Korea), and through the AI care service Avadin launched in March 2024 for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, we expect to strengthen patients' self-management.
MOU with Clobot for Service Robots
In March 2024, we signed an MOU with Clobot for 'Service Robot Business Cooperation', combining Clobot's robot software with our AI services specialized in education and senior care to expand supply across the education and healthcare sectors.
MOU with AAI Healthcare
We signed an MOU with AAI Healthcare for 'Care Robot Business Cooperation', and expect to expand senior healthcare services based on the AI Avadin care service.
